Starting at $100.00 (**price depends on breed/coat density, current coat condition, special handling requirements).

We highly encourage our customers keep their pet's hair/fur well maintained and brushed regularly, however, sometimes in spite of the owner's best efforts, matting will occur. Our service, depending on severity, (if de-matting is possible without shaving), comes with brushing and hand clipping/scissoring the matted area(s). This can be a time consuming service and may need to be broken up into multiple appointments depending on the pets' tolerance and groomer/availability. Please leave a comment if your dog is matted-- to let us know if we have your permission to shave if necessary. We will also do our best to come up with a plan during check-in/drop-off. Our de-matting fee starts at $25 and goes up approximately $30/half-hour. Price can be discussed with the groomer at drop off. Or you may opt to address the matting at home and reschedule your pup's haircut/full groom with us thereafter.

Up to 20 mins of de-shedding (brush-out/blow-out) is included with a full-groom service. Some breeds (Sheba Inu, Husky, Malamute etc.), may require extra de-shedding. Charge starts at $15 and goes up depending on customers request and groomer availability. Price can be discussed at drop-off.

The Medium Plus tier bridges the gap between medium and large dogs. These dogs usually require more time, coat management, or drying than standard medium dogs. i.e. Doodles, cocker spaniels, etc. that have denser coats or a thick curl pattern.
